Ashley Kate HR are delighted to be supporting a leading business as they look to recruit for a permanent L&D Advisor. This is a full time role with a salary of up to £40k. The role will be based in City of London and will have some flexibility to work from remotely but will be required to get into the office.
This is a brand new role to the team and will report into the Learning and Development Manager. The primary responsibility will be overseeing the professional qualification process for all employees.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
·Oversee the processes for professional qualifications for all individuals.
·Review individual requests and business cases.
·Empower managers to support individuals through their professional qualifications and provide managers with advice and guidance, where appropriate.
·Understand the requirements for the professional bodies.
·Oversee the compliance induction for new joiners.
·Liaise with relevant managers to identify fundamental technical training programme's.
We are looking for:
·Proven experience working as a Learning and Development Advisor/Specialist.
·Excellent communication skills.
·Previous experience working in the Financial services sector or professional services.
·Ability to build rapport with internal/external contacts, all levels of hierarchy.
