Key responsibilities for the Head of HR position:
- Develop HR strategy
- Lead on cultural and values initiatives
-Deliver and effective and efficient HR service
- Provide HR advice and guidance
- Provide Strategic and Operational HR support
- Oversee the running of the HR management system
- Lead on succession planning, creating employee experience and competency frameworks

A successful Head of HR with:
- SLT experience
- Line management experience
