Your new company
A leading manufacturing firm in East Leeds are looking to expand their existing team by adding two HR advisors. The HR Advisors will provide support to HRBPs and staff on a range of HR topics.
Your new role
You will provide advice to managers and staff within the group on a wide range of HR queries that include employee relations, TUPE, disciplinary, flexible working, well-being, employee engagement and redundancy matters. You will own and manage the on boarding and off boarding of all staff, create employee contracts and support the HRBPs. Other duties will include note taking in meetings and producing reports on key HR metrics to support business performance to achieve objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience of working within Human Resources at an Advisor or Officer level and CIPD qualified. You will have had some exposure to providing advice to managers and staff on a range of HR issues. You will have good knowledge of best practice and employment law as well as demonstrable experience of working with confidential information. Strong communication skills are essential.
What you'll get in return
This role offers a starting salary of £30,000-32,000 per annum and excellent benefits package.
