Client Details

This business, established over 3 years ago, is looking to change the way we prevent, diagnose and treat medical conditions using technology.


The position of Talent Acquisition Manager will:

- Create & develop the talent acquisition function

- Implement and manage the ATS

- Recruit across all functions

- Build strong relationships across all key stakeholders

- Write job descriptions and support the hiring process

- Take the lead on ensuring a diverse and inclusive recruitment process

- Look to the future with talent pipelining & EVP


The ideal candidate for the position of Talent Acquisition Manager will:

- Have a minimum of 7 years experience recruiting in Medical / Health market

- Be tech savvy, embracing all that using tech can bring

- Be a hands-on recruiter, with in-house experience

- Be comfortable working across different time zones

- Have experience of scaling up a recruitment function

- Thrive in a fast paced, autonomous environment

Job Offer

£65,000 - £70,000 + comprehensive package
