Senior Recruitment Assistant duties and responsibilities
Human resourcesLiaise with managers regarding recruitment processes.
Manage recruitment campaigns
Process new starters paperwork
Liaise with managers to arrange inductions and training
Complete pre-employment checks in accordance with employment check standards and Policy.
Prepare personnel files.
Provide HR admin support
GeneralUndertake any other administrative duties required to support the Human Resources team e.g. filing
To assist with answering HR enquiries from employees
This Brackley based Senior Recruitment Assistant role is looking for someone with;
- Prior Recruitment experience with at least 18 months in a HR/talent focused role
- Strong HR administration skills
- Computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Openness to learn new skills
