The Senior Recruitment Assistant role is based in the Brackley area. The roles core purpose is to provide a range of talent, recruitment and HR duties to support the day to day running of recruitment within the HR function to include training, inductions and the full recruitment process to on boarding

Senior Recruitment Assistant duties and responsibilities

Human resources

  • Liaise with managers regarding recruitment processes.
  • Manage recruitment campaigns
  • Process new starters paperwork
  • Liaise with managers to arrange inductions and training
  • Complete pre-employment checks in accordance with employment check standards and Policy.
  • Prepare personnel files.
  • Provide HR admin support
  • General

  • Undertake any other administrative duties required to support the Human Resources team e.g. filing
  • To assist with answering HR enquiries from employees
  • Profile

    This Brackley based Senior Recruitment Assistant role is looking for someone with;

    • Prior Recruitment experience with at least 18 months in a HR/talent focused role
    • Strong HR administration skills
    • Computer skills
    • Organisation
    • Attention to detail
    • Openness to learn new skills
    • Personable nature and good communication
