HR Admin Manager
This HR Admin Manager role is a very varied position offering hands on involvement in the transport and rail companies operations from HR system approvals, payroll, training and compliance. Based in-between Banbury and Buckingham in Brackley the Human Resources and Personnel function are needing someone to coordinate all HR administration and set the teams up to be in a position to work as efficiently as possible.
This Brackley based employer have a great working culture with the business priding itself on high performance and driving continuous improvements. With great offices and parking on site the role is to be based in the office 5 days a week as to ensure the business is operating as efficiently as possible with everything from compliance and training to HR system approvals and payroll.
This HR Admin Manager duties and responsibilities;
Hr administration coordination with the team
HR system approvals, process changes, training schedules, holiday adjustments
compliance checks from DBS and security clearance to certificate verification
Assist on compliance for Freight packing and international paperwork for logistics management
Training administration to include schedule management
Group reporting to head office on HR and compliance checks
HR Admin Manager experience and characteristics;
- Prior HR and administration management experience
- Experience to payroll
- Great attention to detail
- Very organised to support across HR, payroll, compliance and hr system administration
Desirable experience and exposure;
- Prior Group reporting or audit activity
- Exposure to any of the distribution, logistics, transport and rail industries.
