This Jnr HR Business Partner role will work closely with HR Business Partners to prioritise HR deliverables and to ensure seamless delivery to the wider business. Based in the Buckingham area delivering HR initiatives centred around adding value to the business. Assisting, coordinating, and supporting the delivery of the HR strategy and provide employee relations support to the business and drive process improvement.

Client Details

This Engineering group of companies Human Resources and personnel department are looking for a proactive and commercial minded Jnr HR Business Partner keen to progress. The team have a great high performance culture which is matched by the organisation with a drive to add value with the HR Business partners this role is 5 days per week on site in the Buckingham area and requires a driving license to be able to commute daily


Jnr HR Business Partner Duties;

  • Builds rapport with key stakeholders around the business to help provide a quality experience
  • Coaches managers and employees on HR policy, practice and employment legislation in a way that is easy to understand and jargon free
  • Helps the HRBP to work quickly and efficiently to get the job delivered for our wider team
  • Quickly places "orders" with our HR Services Team for employee contractual changes
  • Manages a limited number Employee Relations cases in full - including note taking and creating case pack (with guidance from the HR Business Partner)
  • Helps to champion the Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing Agendas
  • Design and owns new starter onboarding process for business areas, so every new starter feels special
  • New starter check ins with both the employee and line manager and helps the manager to be proactive during probation.
  • Design and owns leaver offboarding process for business areas, so every leaver leaves as a brand ambassador
  • Helps with job sizing exercises
  • Drives employee engagement through managing and analysing data
  • Keeps track of the competitors and brings to HRBPs attention people intelligence
  • Contributes to HR thought leadership and brings ideas and suggestions to the table
  • Helps the HRBP to help our Leaders to stay focused by ensuring People Plans are up to date
  • Pulls together regular data on key measures for business areas and produces the business area People Pack with pride


Jnr HR Business Partner specification (Personal and professional)

  • Prior HR Advisory expertise with an eagerness to progress your Career within HR
  • CIPD studier or graduate claibre HR professional
