A management consulting firm based in The City, are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join their team. Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, this role will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Identifying and attracting candidates through a number of direct sourcing methods
  • Maintaining a consistent candidate pipeline
  • Proactively engaging with passive and active candidates for business demands and future hiring
  • Creating strategies for building talent pipelines
  • Partnering with recruitment team to identify talent with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion
  • Providing an excellent candidate experience
  • Screening CV's and profiles to assess suitability and fit
  • Attending recruitment and networking events
  • Writing job adverts for specific roles
  • Managing offers and negotiations

As Recruitment Advisor, you will possess:

  • Strong direct sourcing experience
  • An agency background, dealing with a high volume of roles at any one time
  • A passion for diversity and inclusion
  • Strong relationship building skills
