We are pleased to be working with this large commercial business who have a network of offices and locations across the UK.
Your new role
You will be working as part of a HR Business Partnering team, but focusing on driving forward their Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) agenda. Developing the ED&I action plan to roll out across the business, you will need to engage with multiple stakeholders to drive this forward. Alongside this you will look at the overall strategy and the policies that support it and ensure that they are up to date, representative and updated where required.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who has previously driven a ED&I strategy within a commercial organisation Experience of reorganisation and unions would be advantageous.
This is initially a 6 month fixed term contract, with the option of some homeworking.
