L&D Advisor

Ashley Kate HR are delighted to be supporting a great business as they look to recruit for a permanent L&D Advisor, based near Bermondsey. This is a full time role with a salary of up to £35k plus a car allowance.

This role will include travel. The majority of the sites are London based but the role is national and will be expected to travel nationally when required.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

·To work closely with Leaders/Manager across the business to gain a full understanding of their function and the specific learning requirements.
·Create and deliver a framework of management development interventions that are aligned to key business objectives.
·Evaluate management development interventions to assess how well they have met learning objectives and how effectively learners are transferring new skills and behaviours into the work place.
·Produce effective MI regarding MD activity, circulate information to stakeholders.
·Use coaching conversations to help managers understand their strengths and development areas and formulate action plans to enhance their knowledge, skills and attributes.
·Actively participate in the apprentice programme, acting as a support for both apprentices and managers.

We are looking for:

·Proven experience with Learning and Development, experience working management development programme's.
·Excellent communication skills.
·The ability to travel to different sites when required.
·Experience with design, delivery and TNA.
