I am currently working alongside a progressive global Insurance firm in their search for a HR Advisor to join there dynamic & forward-thinking HR department. This role reports directly into the HR Manager, whilst assisting them with extensive Advisory responsibilities (ER, Recruitment, Early Careers & key projects), but also be prepared to pick up administrational elements.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the HR point of contact for a large client base, with regular exposure to key senior stakeholders
  • Administer the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding/offboarding, job changes/promotions and all types of leave
  • Monitor and review our HR policies to ensure adherence to relevant legislation and market best practice
  • Create and maintain process documentation and user guides for both employee/manager self-service processes and 'back-end' HR processes
  • Ensure global organisational charts are kept updated and create custom charts as required
  • Managing recruitment for your selected client base, up to midlevel. This involves liaising with agencies, coordination & interviewing

Skills:

  • Previous HR Advisor experience, preferably from a Financial Services background
  • Ability to build longstanding relationships
  • Recruitment experience
  • UK employment law knowledge
