HR Business Partner
Ashley Kate are pleased to be working alongside our not-for-profit client in the North West area in recruiting a HRBP to join their team. This role is permanent and working from home, with occasional travel to the Manchester office.

We seek a professional, with extensive experience, who can join this team in providing a high quality and responsive HR service to their workforce.
·Partnering with stakeholders within your business division and contributing to the delivery of their people agenda building strong relationships with the senior Management teams
·Leading on any TUPE activity across your business area, both large and small scale
·Succession & talent planning
·Providing credible and pragmatic HR advice, training and support to managers and staff in relation to HR policies and procedures
·Supporting your stakeholders and business area with any recruitment needs, throughout the full process
·Management development, coaching & up skilling
·Supporting your stakeholders and management through a range of employee relations
·Supporting with HR Projects, with a particular focus around employee engagement and well-being and change projects
To be considered you will be a CIPD qualified HR professional, with extensive demonstrable experience in the above key areas of the role.
You will have a passion for people and engagement, and live and breath company values, while having strong influencing skills and leading by example!!
