Support EMEA region working with the Head of Reward to execute the Reward strategy. Management of Reward Team.

  • Assisting the Head of Reward for EMEA with regulatory compliance
  • Manage the EMEA compensation Review process
  • Provide support to the Global Reward teams
  • Assist with drafting and reviewing apers and reports
  • Lead on regulatory reviews and implementation for the UK Managing the Material Risk Taker review process and Remuneration Policy Statement.
  • Provide support in developing and implementing the EMEA and Global Reward strategy.

Leadership experience combined with Reward and Regulatory EMEA compensation management is required for this role.
