A global management consultancy is looking for a Junior Recruiter to support two of their experiened hire teams in London. The recruiter will manage candidates and stakeholders through the whole recruitment process, coordinate interviews and events and provide recruitment data for the management team.

Responsibilities:

Own the scheduling of interviews internally and with external agents/directly with candidates

Pro-actively lead recruitment campaign administration - creating digital packs for internal and external participants, follow-up documents for de-brief meetings

Support with any Recruiting event management

Ownership of candidate files ensuring timely database management

Ownership of maintaining and updating several key excel files with the ability to quickly access and extract data from the files as needed

Support with responding to Experienced Hiring emails to the London Recruiting mailbox

Assist in the preparation and attendance of recruiting events and Interview Campaign days

Build direct relationships with agents and candidates and build a recruiting network

Assist with analysis or preparation for meetings with Partners and Recruiting Leadership team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working with HR/Recruitment systems is essential
  • Knowledge of Office 365 suite of tools, Excel and Powerpoint is required
  • This is a busy role requiring ability to work to short deadlines with the right level of urgency and professionalism
  • Previous office-based work experience, preferably in an administration role that requires a scheduling element
