The purpose of this role is to manage the Total Variable Compensation process and related analytics.

  • Manage the total variable compensation (TVC) modelling and related analytics
  • Drafting of TVC related committee papers including for the Group Reward Plan Committee
  • Management of analytical dashboards and partner closely with Reward Advisory and HR Analytics teams
  • Lead the preparation and submission of Remuneration Policy Statement (RPS), Pillar 3 remuneration, EBA reporting
  • Partner with Reward Governance teams on the Material Risk Taker (MRT) process including MRT identification of data for regulatory reporting

Experience Required:
Analytical skills - ability to work with large data sets and experienced with data visualisation and presentation techniques
Experience in Banking reward preferred
