Exciting new project.
Immediate start, 12 month FTC, flexible working.
A large not-for-profit organisation, based in the Midlands. As part of a new project, the organisation is looking for an HR Project Manager, on a 12 month FTC, to come in and develop a comprehensive L&D programme.
As part of a project, your role will have the following responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to develop a framework for staff training, development and succession planning
Develop key relationships with stakeholders across the business to develop a talent management and succession planning process.
To manage and review the current apprenticeship programme
Work with talent and recruitment to review the induction process
To review the current Performance Management process.
We are looking for
Specific experience of training, development and talent initiatives across a multi-site organisation
Experience of HR Project work, delivered successfully in a timely manner
Good stakeholder and supplier management experience
