Talent Acquisition Partner - Corporate Functions

A global professional services firm are recruiting for a Recruitment Advisor to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Recruitment, this role will be responsible for (but not limited to):

• Building relationships with the HRBP's and heads of to review current and future resourcing needs
• Building a deep understanding of service lines and skill profiles
• Providing market knowledge, skills gap analysis, competitor compensation levels
• Managing stakeholder expectations throughout the recruitment process
• Developing innovative sourcing strategies aimed at creating talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Becoming a trusted advisor for anything recruitment related
• Providing a successful offer management process and ensuring best practice
• Acting as key contact for third party recruitment partners

As Recruitment Advisor, you will possess:

• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to engage, relationship build and influence people at all levels across different functions
• Previous experience in recruiting, ideally in an in-house environment
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
