Your new role
HR Business Partner opportunity, 12 month fixed term contract. You can work from home c3 days per week. You will be joining a team with strong team ethos where you will feel supported. This busy HR Business Partner post is weighted to casework and employee relations. Around 80% of your time will be spent supporting employees and Managers in proactive ways where ever possible as their trusted advisor on HR and business matters - offering innovative solutions.

What you'll need to succeed
My client is open to experienced HRBP or Senior HR Advisor looking for the opportunity to step into the HRBP post and open to candidates from all sector not just public sector. This opportunity will suit an experienced HR professional who can handle of range HR case work and work at pace whilst ensure accuracy and providing effective advice. You will be someone with operational experience and proven track record effectively supporting Managers and employees. You will be a good team player, with up to date knowledge of employment law. A key factor will be you having great people skills. Public sector experience is useful, but certainly not essential.
