Client Details
An internationally-renowned specialist conservatoire, and branch of one of London's top universities.
Description
Managing the operational HR function of the organisation (see 'successful candidate' description for more detail). Line managing 2 junior staff and reporting into the Head of HR.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have experience in similar specialist Higher Education / Performing Arts organisations. Also a strong communicator and collaborator with experience in the following areas:
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
- Managing HR teams (2)
- Managing Operational HR
- Leadership and organisational development
- Resourcing, recruitment and retention
