I have partnered with a reputable Financial Services for an extremely exciting Employee Research Consultant opportunity. This is a fantastic opportunity for a current Consultant with previous Employee Research in employee surveys or equivalent. This role requires a BSc or MSc in Psychology, Applied Psychology or Organizational Behaviour.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project workflow to ensure that the clients deliverables are met on time & in a professional structure
  • Analysing and interpreting data and other components to assess and determine the direction of a project
  • Leading in writing and structuring client presentations and reports
  • Work directly with the client to assist with designing & implementing assessments
  • Confident in employee engagement initiatives
  • Interpret people-related data

Skills:

  • BSc or MSc in Psychology, Applied Psychology or Organizational Behaviour
  • Employee research experience
  • Advanced statistics knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Innovative approach
