Description
The successful Academic Recruitment Lead will be responsible for:
* Overseeing all recruitment and onboarding for academic contractors
* Liaising with HR and finance to ensure their payroll is set up correctly
* Dealing with regular queries and ensuring all pre-employment checks are complete.
Profile
The successful Academic Recruitment Lead must have:
* Experience working in a university overseeing the academic staff
* Some HR and finance background
* Experience in contract management
* Ability to think strategically and liaise with various departments across the university.
