HR Manager / Specialist - Worksop - £30000 to £40000 DOE

This is a niche service provision company that within 12 months has grown exponentially due to their product and demand.
This is a brand new and developing role to be this growing organisations' stand-alone HR Specialist.
You will be the "Expert" for all people related matters (including the full employee lifecycle and HR administration) - aswell as working with the Operational Managers and SMT to assist in further developing the business.
This will be through the review of the operating teams structures and job roles to ensure business effectiveness and also for future business growth requirements.
As the business grows - so will your role and duties to include future project and improvement work in the HR systems, processes, policies & procedures, documentation etc - aswell as people related projects.
THIS IS A TRUE DEVELOPMENTAL ROLE FOR A HR ADVISOR (OR CURRENT MANAGER) WITH PERSONAL CREDIBILITY AND AN ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have a solid background in generalist HR provision - ideally in an SME, growing or medium sized company as a sole/ stand alone HR professional.
Be CIPD Level 5 (or nearly completed) qualified as a minimum

Flexible working options available - looking at 4 days in the office and then some home working (dependant on business needs).
It is a 40 hour week with some flexibility to start/finish times
