Rewards Administrator - Rushden - Full time, Permanent - £24k-£26k

Our client are a leading construction company and they are currently recruiting for a full time permanent Rewards Administrator.
Your new role
Working as a Rewards Administrator you will be providing high quality reward advice and transactional services on a variety of reward issues via either the phone, live chat, email or case management system.
You will be handling a wide range of queries in regards to rewards and benefits, following the company policies and procedures as well as liaising with stakeholders within the agreed service level agreement.
You will be targeted to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring all queries are tracked, monitored and resolved as well as processing all reward data for the allocated payroll within the agreed deadlines.
In addition you will be data inputting reward and benefit data onto the Oracle Payroll System working closely with the HR databases and HR team and will be producing and reconciling various reward reports.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will need to be an experienced Rewards Administrator ideally with prior experience in a Shared Service environment.
You will need to be a competent Excel user, able to do Mail Merges, V-Look ups and Pivot Tables along with excellent customer service skills.
If you are an effective communicator, able to build and maintain relationships and have the ability to be organised and work in a methodical manner then this could be the perfect new Rewards Administrator role for you.
