HR Manager - 3 Month FTC - Immediate Start

Oakleaf are working with a growing and exciting company who are looking to bring in an experienced HR Manager to oversee the operational HR for northern Europe. The business is expanding its EMEA team and want you to manage BAU duties and manage a team of HR administrators.

The role is for an initial 3-month period, with the possibly of going longer. The role is paying between £50-60,000 Pro rata

HR Manager - 3 Month FTC - Immediate Start Job Activities:

  • Developing, updating, communicating and implementing HR policies to ensure
  • legal compliance and current practice.
  • Supporting the HRD and managing work processes to ensure that the Business
  • Unit and Global/Regional HR strategies and projects and any new initiatives are
  • planned, delivered and fully communicated and understood within the Business
  • Unit
  • Review of current HR process across the employee life cycle with a view to
  • improving efficiency
  • Line Management of the HR Team (excluding payroll) and supporting the
  • learning and development of the HR team
  • Acting as an point of escalation for HR issues needing intervention and providing
  • ER advice to stakeholders and acting as a sounding board/provide guidance to
  • HR Advisors where necessary
  • Manage ER cases as required, to include consultation, grievances, disciplinary,
  • performance management, redundancy and settlement agreements for senior /
  • complex / high risk cases
  • Assisting the HRD w ith forw ard planning and overseeing the cyclical HR
  • activities and timetable and project related plans and timetables decision support through HR metrics

What were looking for in the HR Manager - 3 Month FTC - Immediate Start:

  • An experienced HR practitioner with a proven track record of business impact
  • within short time scales,
  • A CIPD qualified HR professional with experience working ideally in a
  • professional services or consulting environment, or other industry with a high
  • human capital requirement,
  • Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills with
  • demonstrable experience of supporting senior management,
  • Ability to review HR practices and processes with experience of implementing
  • required change activities, and managing adoption and performance,
  • Experience of developing a team of HR professionals, driving a high service
  • culture,
