Henlee Resourcing is working with a house-hold-name business based in Swindon, to recruit a highly experienced HR Advisor, for an initial 6 month fixed term contract.
You will join a talented HR team, in a business going through significant change - supporting with a diverse range of employee relation case management, across all subjects (disciplinary and grievance, absence management, whistle blowing, sexual and racial harassment, bullying etc), some will be complex and some you will manage through to Tribunal. You will also support on major change projects, TUPE, MI reporting and maintaining and updating policies and procedures.
To hit the ground running, you must have strong employment law knowledge, with experience gained within a similar role. You will be used to dealing with high volumes of cases, be able to work at pace within a pressured and demanding environment, possess excellent relationship building, problem solving and analytical skills and have a good commercial acumen.
