HR Data -Administrator - Part time Job - 19 hours

Oakleaf are working with a executive search firm who are looking to bring in an experienced HR Data administrator who could come in and support the HR business partners on a Part time basis. This role has four primary purposes: (1) ensuring all data submissions are complete and accurately inputted into the Workday system; (2) taking the lead role in resolving issues associated with incomplete and/or inaccurate data submissions; and (3) performing necessary tasks related to maintaining accurate and efficient employee records, administration processes and systems.

This position is responsible for providing assistance to simplify and ensure the thoroughness of the data capture and record-keeping processes for HR Coordinators, HR Business Partners, and other data sources globally. The role is responsible for the accuracy of final data capture, inputting, and record maintenance. The role will also provide back-up capability for other members of the Global HR administrative team.

This role is regarded as a global support resource to enhance the effectiveness of both the Global HR administrative team and the broader HR function globally.

The role is paying up to £30,000 pro rata for 19 hours a week. They are looking for you to be immediately available

What you will be doing:

  • Works as a team member to provide administrative coordination, data input, and data management for all HR processes, as needed.
  • Provides a high level of responsiveness and client service on all enquiries.
  • Demonstrates an ability to team flexibly to provide a high level of client service.
  • Provides insight and guidance to employees surrounding HIS Policies as appropriate.
  • Captures and analyses relevant data on issues and incidents to formulate recommendations and secure approvals or escalate matters to ensure issue resolution.
  • Provides administrative support for recruiting and on-boarding process support, as needed.
  • Maintain filing systems.
  • Ad hoc project support to European Team.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum A' Level education or equivalent.
  • Good level of common sense.
  • Excellent command of English language with first class writing and grammar skills.
  • Fluency in French.
  • Strong numerical and administration skills / capabilities.
  • Takes the time to maintain current relationships and build new ones when relevant.
  • Experience in supporting multiple countries and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn about cultural and regulatory requirements of new locations would be beneficial.
  • Some experience with HR information, payroll, and/or similar systems. Workday HR systems knowledge and experience would be preferred.
  • Record-keeping experience is a plus.
  • Client service experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience of having worked within a team in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Experience of building relationships across different levels of the organisation.
  • Strong IT skills including extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook). Workday knowledge is preferred.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in an often pressured environment.
  • Ability to break down routine administrative issues to provide insight regarding solutions.
  • Experience of prioritising and resolving business problems and issues effectively.
  • Act as advocate for HR process improvements, taking initiative to overcome obstacles, solve problems and improve overall HR effectiveness and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate well with other people and understand the importance of good business relationships.
