I have partnered with a national Investment Office in their search for a HR Administration Manager to join their boutique organisation in Central London. This is a critical position for the organisation and requires the successful candidate to be the first line support for all staff enquires and managing all HR process in line with the policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, end-to-end, including but not limited to; reference requests, organisational charts, managing documentations & creating employee contracts
  • Maintain procedures for all HR Administration duties and conducting annual policy reviews
  • Proactively prepare, log & execute the monthly payroll cycle
  • Have large input on the annual appraisal process
  • Responsible for MI reports
  • Manage all new starter & leaver processes
  • Conduct day one checks with all new starters
  • Assist line managers with probation period

Skills:

  • Strong HR Generalist experience
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Previous HR experience within Financial Services
  • Running Payroll & Benefit cycles
  • Happy to work in the office 5 days per week
