Excellent opportunity for an Interim HR Project Manager to drive forward key projects within a forward thinking Public Sector organisation. 12 Month contract with flexible working available.

Client Details

The client is a Public Sector organisation


As Interim HR HR Business Partner you will be responsible for;

  • Leading on various Culture Change Projects
  • Review and rewrite of various policies and procedures
  • Lead on new ways of working project
  • Work alongside Senior Managers to implement structure and role changes
  • Liaise closely with the council and key stakeholders
  • Work closely with HR team to identify ways of developing the service
  • Work on introducing Career Mapping within the organisation, with focus on the Graduate Recruitment Programme


The successful candidate will;

  • Have some form of Public Sector/Not-for-Profit experience
  • Experienced HR Manager/Business Partner
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Able to support and coach managers and employees into 'new ways of working'
  • Outcomes focused
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
