You'll be working for a South Wales Housing association that has a supportive work culture and a social purpose behind what they do. This housing association puts its tenants at the heart of their work and their employees are at the heart of their business.
Your new role
As Talent Acquisition Partner you will be representing the business in their online presence and attracting the best new talent to the organisation. You'll be the sole recruiter across the whole business recruiting for a wide range of roles from trades and labour, maintenance and customer facing opportunities to the more senior executive positions. There will also be particular attention towards ED&I efforts within the current recruitment model.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be an experienced recruiter from either in-house or agency background. You'll have a technical ability across social media platforms and creating an online presence for the brand. You'll need to be a creative thinker with out of the box ideas for attracting new talent to the organisation. As a strong communicator you'll establish strong relationships with the hiring managers throughout the business.
What you'll get in return
You'll receive an annual salary of £30,611 plus benefits including the option if a local government or DC pension, health cash plan to name just two. You'll receive a generous holiday allowance of 25 days (excluding bank holidays), increasing with length of service. You'll be working on an agile/hybrid basis with the flexibility to work remotely or in the office as and when best fits your circumstances.
