Oakleaf are supporting a brilliant international law firm to hire into their dedicated CSR & Inclusion team- which is growing and growing! A brilliant opportunity for someone in the early stages of their HR career to focus in this area.

The role sits within the Corporate Responsibility and Inclusion team who are based in the London office, and reports into the Pro Bono Manager. Corporate Responsibility and Inclusion (CR&I) have been identified as key areas of focus for the firm and the team looks after community investment, pro bono and diversity and inclusion. This role supports day-to-day pro bono and CSR activities, helping to coordinate and deliver firmwide programmes and provides administrative support to the CR&I team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordination of existing global pro bono programmes

- Supporting with coordination of community investment and volunteering activities such as our reading scheme and team challenge opportunities

- Organising fund-raising events and activities

- Responding to queries and acting as a point of contact for colleagues wishing to find out more, or get involved with, pro bono activities and events

- Assisting with production of communications to promote the pro bono initiatives and raise awareness of pro bono within the firm

- Supporting the pro bono manager and helping with organisation of pro bono rotas and other activities

- Supporting with collection, analysis and reporting of pro bono and community investment data

- Supporting with award submissions, benchmarking indices, and directory enquiries

-Updating content on the external website and our intranet pages

Essential Skills & Experience

- Interest in the legal profession and pro bono sector

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

- Proactive approach and can-do attitude

- Strong organisation and time management skills

-Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects

-High level of attention to detail
