Are you a Recruiter looking for a new TA opportunity? My client a property company are looking to hire a TA Manager due to an internal move. This is a permanent role, and you will have line management responsibility for 1 staff member. If you are looking for a role that combines recruitment strategy and sourcing, then this is the role for you!
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and running a cost effective and efficient TA strategy encompassing all aspects of candidate attraction and selection. You will be working closing with hiring managers and the head of HR to finalise the best sourcing strategy to attract and place high quality candidates.
As well as sourcing you will take on projects in:
- Employee Branding
- Candidate engagement
- IR35 and GDPR
- VISA sponsorship
- Diversity reporting
You will also be managing agency relationships and acting as the main point of contact for the ATS Provider.
To carry out this role you must be able to demonstrate successful experience in-house experience managing nice and volume hiring. You will ideally have experience gained in a multi-site business and will have management experience. You must be a strategic thinker who is willing to take on projects as well as 360 recruitment. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and feel comfortable commuting to the office at least part time.
