HR Advisor/Assistant - Lincoln/Newark area with WFH and flexible options. 10-12 month FTC

HR Advisor/Assistant - Interim 10 to 12 month contract - Lincoln/Newark and WFH/Flexible working

Your new role
This role is to cover a secondment in the HR department whilst they go through a large scale system change/implementation/project.

Reporting to one of the HR Business Partners you will be responsible for working across all areas of the HR function from HR systems, reporting, compensation and benefits information, recruitment, assisting with updating employment policy and any other areas of the employee lifecycle. You will act as the 1st Point of Contact for general HR queries (not ER related) and also assist with HR project work that may be taking place.

What you'll need to succeed
You will hold a minimum of CIPD Level 3 - or of suitable equivalent experience.
Have generalist HR/employee lifecycle/HR administrative experience. Be a proactive and creative

What you'll get in return
Flexible working options available - you need to live within a 1 hour radius of Lincoln/ Newark in order to be Inducted, collect equipment and also attend adhoc team meetings - but the organisation has introduced an Agile Working Policy and therefore flexibility is available. Remote working available after induction and equipment pick up
37 hours a week - but some flexibility with a minimum of 30 maybe considered. Competitive salary Contributory Pension Plan of up to 7%
