IMMEDIATE START - Regional HR Advisor - Full time - Hybrid Working. Until January 2022

My client is seeking a professional regional HR Advisor to join their busy team on a temporary basis until January 2022
Working for part of our NHS and based in in Speke
Your new role
The position is being offered as full time Monday - Friday with a 37.5 hour week. You will be remote based for the majority of the assignment however some travel will be required from time to time.
You will provide a comprehensive Human Resources Advisory service to a variety of locations across the North West predominately via teams.
To attend and support and operational sites to ensure the provision of guidance and advice on all HR issues in line with the HR Strategy
Assist and advise employees on HR related issues including Employee Relation cases
Provide specialist advice on a range of HR issues where required and provide support during meetings
Manage absence and attrition rates in a high turnover environment.
Case Management - disciplinary, grievance, capability/performance, investigations, absence management..
Partnering with senior managers on employee engagement and offering improvements.
Advising line managers on HR issues, managing business risk
What you'll need to succeed
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Proven history within an HR Advisory position ideally with some NHS experience.
CIPD Level 7
