HR Advisor (Employee Relations)

Your new company
This is an opportunity to join an excellent HR team within an organisation who provide essential services for us all across the county. You will be joining in the capacity of HR Advisor to support a VIP client group of the organisation, working with two exceptional senior HR business partners to provide value added HR services.

Your new role
As a HR Advisor, you will be working closely with Managers across the organisation, providing guidance and advice on complex employee relations matters. You will support business partners on projects such as TUPE and restructuring processes. You will also be responsible for responding to all general HR queries from employees.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this position you will be experienced in handling a high volume of employee relations cases with varying levels of complexity. You will be able to demonstrate excellent employment law knowledge and work well within a team. Subject to performance on a temporary basis, there is the potential for this role to then transfer to a permanent position within the organisation. You must be commutable to Oxfordshire to be considered for this position.
