I have partnered with an exciting and growing Financial Services organisation in their search for a HR / L&D Advisor to join a brand-new HR department. This role is an integral hire for the organisation, with the role specifically focusing on the HR service function, but also leading on the L&D strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement all Learning & Development programmes and systems
  • Strategically plan & use the L&D budget to ensure a constant improvement in processes
  • Work closely with HR colleagues to monitor employees on training contracts and their employee lifecycle
  • Support the D&I strategy in collaboration with the L&D training plans
  • Design and execute a Training Needs Analysis plan
  • Support with the firms recruitment
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures
  • Support HR Manager with HR focused projects

Skills:

  • Previous L&D experience at either a Senior Coordinator or Advisor level
  • Experience with LMS
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good analytical mindset
