I have partnered with an exciting and growing Financial Services organisation in their search for a HR (Recruitment) Coordinator to join a brand-new HR department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and talented Recruitment Coordinator that is looking to design, develop and deliver an outstanding Recruitment service for potential & current employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Organise all interviews, including liaising with candidates, confirming interviews with hiring managers, booking & setting up meeting rooms or virtual calls & tracking candidate progress
  • Ensure all vacancies are uploaded to the company website
  • Assist the full employee lifecycle from inductions through to off-boarding
  • Manage the HR inbox
  • Preparation of draft employment letters

Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge & skill of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • 1 year experience in a HR / Recruitment capacity
  • Ability to work within a close-knit team
