- Building on the current HR functions, creating processes and procedures
- Supporting the business through transformation
- Working with teams across the globe
- Building the HR team
- All general HR duties
- Building the people agenda
Profile
The ideal candidate for the position of Head of HR and OD will:
- Have a true depth of experience at HR leadership level
- Be experienced in leading OD agenda
- Have managed employees in different countries
- Have proven change management experience
- Speak and write fluent English and French
- Be resilient and flexible, thriving in a high pressured environment
