The role of HR Technology Consultant will involve:
- Project management of HR technology creation and roll-out
- Managing key stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Working with the technical team to ensure the solution is built to design
- Providing regular updates to clients
- Identifying and resolving any risks or issues that may arise
Profile
The ideal candidate for the position of HR Technology Consultant will:
- Have exceptional interpersonal skills
- Have an understanding of HR technology systems
- Have been involved in SAAS implementation
- Have managed projects
- Be agile and able to adapt to change
- Thrive in a non-hierarchical, collaborative environment
