Talent & Resourcing Assistant job - home working - 3 month contract

A large public sector organisation with offices based in Leeds city centre, have a peak in workload and require temporary support to their Talent Resourcing team.
Your new role
Working within the Talent and Resourcing team, you will assistant them in building diverse future talent pipelines, enabling and supporting the department to become a great place to work with an inclusive culture and environment. You will provide administrative support through the lifecycle of these schemes including recruitment, onboarding, induction and ongoing participant support. It is a fast paced, varied and demanding area of work with a team which puts their customers at the heart of everything they do.
What you'll need to succeed
With strong organisational and prioritising skills, you will come from a HR or recruitment administrative background. You will need flexibility and be adaptable in order to meet competing priorities within timescales/deadlines, have the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are also essential for this job, along with being able to fluently use MS office programs.
