Job Details
A leading law firm are recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join their London team. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Providing day-to-day coaching and advising employees and managers on a variety of process, policy and procedural queries
- Supporting the development and driving the achievement of a localised HR strategy, taking into account business priorities and global HR strategy
- Participating in budget planning and workforce forecasting with the business managers
- Supporting career development conversations by providing training to reviewers and new joiners
- Providing advice for employees and managers on a number of ER matters
- Providing ad-hoc support to the Senior HR Business Partner and the wider HR team as and when required
- Assisting with internal and external audit processes
- Conducting exit interviews and providing an analysis to Senior HR Business Partner
- Providing coaching to line managers to ensure effective management performance
- Identifying training needs alongside managers
As HR Business Partner, you will possess:
- Previous generalist experience, ideally in a law firm
- Expertise in multiple HR practices such as performance management, talent acquisition and diversity and inclusion
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
