Oakleaf Partnership are working with a large Professional Services firm looking to recruit a HR Data & Reward Manager. This is a permanent position.

Responsibilities of the HR Data & Reward Manager include but are not exclusive to:

  • Data Reporting and Analytics - collating, analysing and presenting HR analytics
  • Develop and manage benchmarking
  • Development of tools and template graphs/tables for reporting employee and workforce data
  • In conjunction with the Head of HR, develop the annual reward cycle system and reporting. Be involved in the process in order for the Board and Managing Partner to mane informed decisions
  • Design and maintain calculators for Short Term Business Visitors, ensure all tax and legal immigration compliance forms are completed
  • Develop the external benchmarking recording and analysis for the annual review process and ad- hoc review.
  • Ad hoc global mobility projects including new office set ups

In order to be considered for this position:

  • Intermediate or advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Excel knowledge to include VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables.
  • Previous experience working with HR Systems, Workday would be an advantage.
  • HR Reward experience essential
  • Willingness to use and learn new analytic tools
  • Highly numerate, analytical and comfortable with questioning and interrogating data.
  • A can do attitude.
