Description
As HR Advisor your key responsibilities will be:
- Employee Relations & Employment Law
- Support employees with basic payroll related enquiries (tax code, student loans, pension)
- Reward and Recognition
- Delivering all aspect of HR
- Day to day management of all benefits and support of bonuses awarded under company bonus scheme
- Dealing with various HR queries
- Providing advice and playing a major role in work reviews and change processes
Profile
- Experienced in a HR Advisor role
- Excellent attention to detail
- CIPD part Qualification preferred
- Strong communicator
- Team player
