We have a current opportunity for an HR Operations Manager within a global management consultancy. Working closely with the HR Manager you will provide support to around 250 employees across Europe, on all HR policy and processes across the whole employee lifecycle.
Interpreting, implementing and answering enquiries related to HR policies and procedures ensuring appropriate communication and consistent application
Collaborating with Global HR Operations teammates including shared service team in Delhi on day-to-day operational support for local staff including on-boarding, mobility, leaves of absence, exits
Supporting with payroll, benefits, and other enquiries as needed
Partnering with HR Manager to help provide input into organizational design, development and change management solutions
Proactively driving execution of change and HR projects across HR Operations e.g. systems implementation
Bringing forward ideas and plans on how to re-engineer core HR operational activities to achieve efficiencies and scale
When necessary support HR Manager with addressing a variety of workplace and employee relations issues and topics including working with internal legal team and other HR teams to bring issues to closure
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in HR or Business
Seven + years of human resources management experience in a progressive HR department, ideally in Professional services
Experience with Workday preferred.
Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, global, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment
Strong communication skills; able to influence multiple stakeholders to adopt a new point of view
Comfortable resolving conflict and addressing all people related issues.
