Regional HR Advisor

Your new company
This great organisation are looking to bring on board a new Regional HR Advisor. The role will include some occasional travel across the West Midlands so would be ideal to drive. They have various sites across the Midlands but this role will be predominately home working. They are a great organisation who are very welcoming and a great team.

Your new role
This role is very much a generalist HR Role and encompasses a number of different areas of HR. You will be implementing high quality HR practices across the company and proving a range of HR advice and guidance along with solutions to enable managers of all levels to help them achieve their regional goals and meet all of their responsibilities to the people they manage. You will have your own designated region and will provide cover to this region as necessary.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will need to have generalist HR experience, you will need good knowledge on employment law, experience of understanding good HR practices, experience managing TUPE, ability to influence and communication with all managers effectively. Alongside this you will also need to have a good understanding of HR systems, good knowledge on employee relations.
