As Functional Lead, you will provide leadership in process analysis, process and system design, system development, configuration, testing, implementation and training for Learning technology solutions. You will also ensure that risk and issues are being actively managed.

Description
As T&D Systems Functional Lead, key responsibilities will include:
- Provide leadership in process analysis, process and system design, system development, configuration and testing, implementation
- Ensuring that risk and issues are being actively managed
- Providing functional expertise and understanding of business application for multiple T&D owned Learning and Development solutions, specifically related to Talent Management and Talent Systems
- Working directly with business partners to gather an understanding of their needs and assists in configuration and implementation of the software
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Systems Functional Lead of Learning / Talent & Development systems & project experience
- Strong networking, communication and relationship-building skills, with experience of collaborating and sharing knowledge between diverse teams
- Effective time leadership skills - ability to work across multiple projects / BAU accountabilities concurrently
- Experience of working in a complex global organisation preferred
Job Offer
£400-500 a day (depending on experience)
Exposure to a global pharmaceutical business
Location of role is flexible, ideally UK based
