OD Business Partner, 3 month FTC, large pub sector org. Gloucester, up to £46k pa + benefits - exp essential.

This part of the organisation collaborates with customers and partners across the health and social care system to manage, analyse, and improve performance and enable customers to achieve the best possible outcomes for their patients and populations.

Your new role

• Deliver a professional, customer-centred Organisational Development (OD) consultancy service to meet the needs of designated customer organisations.

• Develop & implement organisational development projects in accordance with the delivery of the strategy, vision, values and desired culture.

• Work with Managers in line with our agreed service level agreements, providing a flexible OD service to support these organisations to achieve their strategic aims.
• 3 months FTC but could be extended

What you'll need to succeed
Public sector experience preferred but not essential.

This post is suitable for an experienced HR professional who has experience in OD - this could be HR Business Partner, HR Manager or HR Director looking for role focusing on OD in a value led organisation.
