Description

HR Coordinator responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day HR duties
  • Prepare and issue maternity and paternity documents
  • Ensure all overtime, sickness, unpaid leave, monthly mileage claims, are processed
  • Add new joiners and leavers to the clocking in system, raise the appropriate tickets to allow new joiners access to emails, etc. Process new joiner, change and leave requests
  • Recruitment, offer letters, follow-up with references and contracts
  • Introduce induction programme
  • Process monthly payroll
  • Appraisal-training

  • Payroll administration experience (outsourced)
  • Dealt with ER cases
