Oakleaf Partnership are currently recruiting for a French speaking HR Administrator to join a Globally renowned Mining and Retail business based in Central London.


This is a superb opportunity to join a well-established brand who are offering the opportunity to develop and progress the successful individual. The role will be sitting within a team of three where you will be responsible for all aspects across administration and benefits for up to 600 employees.
You will need to be able to speak fluent French!

Day to day duties include:
* Act as the first point of contact for HR policies and procedures to line managers and employees via central HR inbox and triage queries to the relevant Specialists as needed
* Manage all administration in relation to the Security screening process, ensuring full compliance with all security procedures, flagging any change or delay to the planned start date due to the interconnected processes
* Process all paperwork for full employee life cycle including contracts of employment, payroll documents and letters in relation to contractual changes
* Maintain the monthly payroll tracker, ensuring coordination of the monthly administration payroll process. Collate and prepare the monthly payroll input for UK and France and checking that the output is accurate. This includes validating data between HRIS, HR Forms and Excel Trackers in a timely manner
* Support the Payroll Bureau with preparation of tax year end documents (P11D, P60) and payroll audits
* Responsible for planning and holding the HR Induction for new starters which includes liaising with line managers on start dates, arranging meeting room bookings or digital Induction and follow up with new starters after joining
* Support the team with HR Systems training for all new end users, including line managers
* On-board new starters and track the probation review process.
* Maintain stocks of stationery, forms, and booklets with the department
* Support on other ad hoc tasks and key projects as required across the HR Operations team

You will ideally have one years' experience in HR Administration, ideally coming from a larger organisation where high volume data and system skills are a must.
