Ashley kate are looking for an experienced HR and ER Cootrdinator, looking for a fresh challenge with a leading business. This is an interim role covering maternity leave for a year, ideally starting August. Full time role with a salary of up to £30k, based in Enfield.
You will be joining a well established HR team so will have the support there should you need it, however the ability to work autonomously and pro actively is a MUST.
The role will be supporting and assisting the HR Director and Operations Manager in providing a comprehensive HR service, responsible for systems administration of the HRIS and managing the full employee life cycle.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
·Be the first point of contact for all staff, responding to queries and providing advice and support to employees.
·Assist in formal and informal grievances, disciplinary and performance matters as well as offering generalist guidance and support in line with HR policies and procedures where required.
·Maintain and act as the lead systems administrator, running frequent key HR and operations reports for managers and directors.
We are looking for:
·Experience in using and implementation of HR Systems and experience in systems administration.
·Knowledge of HR policies and best practises.
·Previous experience gained in a similar role.
·CIPD qualified or relevant experience gained.
·Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a wide range of internal and external people, building strong relationships with managers and employees.
