Exciting opportunity to work with a well known FMCG company as a HR Advisor working closely with HR Manager to prioritise HR deliverable and to ensure seamless delivery.

Client Details

An industry leading FMCG company with a great reputation and very competitive benefits package based in Hertford. They are now looking for an HR Advisor to join their growing team.

Description

Hr Advisor responsibilities:

  • Helps to be the custodian of a unique high performance culture in what and how they do things
  • Answers 1st line employee relations queries aligned to company policies and value
  • Builds rapport with key stakeholders around the business to help provide a quality experience
  • Meticulously pulls the data together for Talent Sessions
  • Design and owns leaver off boarding process for business areas, so every leaver leaves as a brand ambassador
  • High Volume on boarding process
  • Help with job sizing exercises
  • Produces creative and quality PowerPoint presentations that helps to bring the narrative to life

Profile

Successful Hr Advisor Candidate:

  • Experience in the HR generalist space
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified
  • Knowledge of UK employment law
  • High level of communication skills both verbal and written is essential
  • Proven ability to plan and implement projects/initiatives
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills
  • Ability to work with appropriate attention to detail and high standards, whilst still working at pace
